Thank you for choosing YourPopBox. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for all orders and pre-order placed through our website. 

 

What is a pre-order? 

A pre-order reserves an item that is currently out of stock or incoming from our supplier. It guarantees that the item will be shipped to you once we receive it. Helping you secure high demand or limited availability products. 

Payment

Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your pre-order. 

Estimated Delivery Time (Pre-Orders)

Pre-orders are typically fulfilled within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase. 

This estimation is based on current supplier timelines and may vary due to production, shipping or custom delays. We will keep you informed of any major updates or changes. 

No Cancellations & Refunds 

All orders/pre-order is final and non-refundable. 

Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. 

Please make sure you are certain before placing an order. 

If the products are delayed beyond 30 business days, we'll notify you of the available alternatives. 

 

Returns

At Hobby Kings, we only accept returns for items that are damaged or incorrect item received. 

We don’t accept returns for a change of mind. 

We take care in packaging your order, but minor dents, scratches, or scruffs to the outer box may occur during shipping. 

These do not qualify for a return unless the product inside is damaged. If you believe the damage occurred during transits, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

We will provide regular updates via email regarding your order status, including confirmations, shipment details, and any supplier- related details.
